You are entitled to:
Establish if we hold personal data about you. To request this data please email info@spil.ie or write to us at our office address. We will respond within 21 days of the receipt of the request and once we have verified your identity.
Request a copy of all the information we hold about you. To request this data please email info@spil.ie or write to us at our office address. This data must be provided to you within 40 days of the receipt of the request and once we have verified your identity.
- To have any identified inaccuracies corrected
- To have information erased
- To decline direct marketing
- To restrict processing of their information including automated decision making
- To avail of ‘Data Portability’ i.e. to request a copy of their data to move to a different service provider.
SPIL reserves the right to verify your identity when submitting a SAR by contacting you by telephone and/or requesting verification of your identity by photographic evidence.
